Added the meetup location and some new mixes. Essential Mix link will be up sometime tomorrow.

I can't wait to meet some of you TOTA's, some for the second time. I met a few of you @ Above and Beyond a year and a half ago or so.

Thanks for the map of the club. Still trying to get an idea where the 'tables' are, but it helps.

I will be on the dance floor most of the night anyhoo.

The tables are on the RIGHT as soon as you walk into Koolhaus past the coat check. There is a bar where that area is in front of it but also facing the Koolhaus dancefloor.

Only time I've ever seen PvD play live for 6 hours or more is in New York or Berlin...nowhere else.

i actually disagree.

the only song with a hint of the old 'vandit' sound is InBetween.

The rest of the vocal songs? Strip away the vocals and you get 80s techno electro strangeness.... definitely a new sound that i don't like.

sorry mang

Posted by kotsy on Nov-22-2007 06:38:

I've only listened to parts of it thus far. Gonna write a cue sheet and burn the bitch tonight.. Same with The Essential Mix from '06.
I'm going to listen to nothing but PvD until Saturday.

Wha? I agree with you in some respects in terms of the vocally stuff for sure but I was talking about the instrumentals...how does In Circles not sound like 'old Vandit'? Also, Reflections (although not as good at all as previous albums and comparable to in between) still had him drop pretty good sets previously.
