I just came back from having a NICE sushi lunch which consisted of Spicy salmon rolls and some shrimp tempura mmmmmmmm

Turnout was a little on the lame side after all those cancellations, but the sushi (and sashimi... ) was awesome. The BBQ eel alone was worth it. Would definitely go there again for all-you-can-eat. We had just about everything - even the tempura was perfectly crispy and white and held together when eaten.

This is in comparison to today's sushi (not at Echo), which consisted of inside-out maki that was falling apart and weak-ass wasabi, and some strange hyper-gingery salad and bland chicken teriyaki for my friend. It's a pain trying out new places sometimes...

So yeah, two thumbs up for Echo Sushi, and two thumbs down for all the lazy asses who didn't come. Start checking under your cars - don't say I didn't warn you!

Good to hear. The BBQ eel is a personal favorite there.

If you can organize another, or just a small one between a few people, I will surely come. I only canceled because it was the night of my sister's wedding.
