I research these tracks as I find them and contact the producers when I cant figure out the correct mix. That's how I found out its the supernatural mix... the Human mix is the original vocal version of Invisible... it was called the Human mix very early on then just changed to original mix.

It is the Dub mix for sure. And this mix can only be found on the vinyl version of the Space Bros album 'Shine'.

Just looked up info on Space Brothers "I Still Love You". On the 3 disc Space Brothers Shine release, the version of "I Still Love You" is called the The Space Brothers Vocal Dub. On the release I have it has Heaven Will Come backed with I Still Love You (Vocal Mix). Both mixes are the same but the Shine EP throws in the word Dub.

I'm looking at the Shine album in front of me right now and both the disc and the sleeve say this: SIDE F 1: 'I Still Love You [The Space Brothers Dub]' 4min 51 sec. All the other copies I've ever seen have said the same too.

"Vocal Dub" is an error and an incorrect entry on discogs. No such thing. Both the Vocal and the Dub mixes contain vocals but are different. The one Oakey played was the Dub.

I compared the vocal mix with the one Oakenfold played and they are exactly the same.

The only way this could be so is if my copy was mispressed with the mix on the Shine 3 disc set (which is highly unlikely).

guys, take my advice and dont trust discogs on EVERYTHING, I am a moderator there and I have to say, not everything is 100% accurate, which we are working on, but thanks to idiot submitters some stuff aint accurate... like this :\

I ordered the cd maxi as well as the vinyl and the cdm arrived today with 6 versions of the song, and the version we all love is the Vince O'Matic Mix

Am I On Pause

Just got a reply from Russell Barker (half of Tastexperience) via e-mail and he told me they did not remix Jan Johnston's "Am I On Pause". The mix Oakenfold used was most likely the original mix which was probably never put on vinyl.

I'm afraid that is the case mate, screw those Perfecto arseholes, they release Am I On Pause on vinyl and include 4 really shit mixes and dont include the best of them all!

I have a little contention with Boyd Westerman - Belgium Sunday. I own every record on the set up to track 10 (well.. besides #4), and I agree the Nat Monday record is mis printed and is Nucleus. However on my Boyd Westerman record from Vortex it may be misprinted but I ALSO have the record on Fluid. The tune in the mix has got to be loop life and not belgium sunday because there is an escape remix of loop life, which is obviously a remix of the tune Oakenfold plays.

I also believe there is a space in Auranaut - Yo Yo. Yup, just checked my record.

Oh my gosh, the ID on Two Fishes has made my day.... Absolutely made my day. I've probably looked for an ID about 10 times in the last 3 years. And it looks like I've missed out on my chance to buy a copy. Oh well. At least I know who made it now.

Believe what you want but Oakenfold never played LoopLife.

BTW, why do you still have The Auranaut "Yo Yo" as a Club Mix? There is no such thing as a club mix of "Yo Yo" there is only one mix which is the original.

from what i can tell, the mix of Eclipse oakie played was by Kamasutra (a group i believe Alex Neri from Planet Funk had a hand in)...The original mix of that track is deeper house.

Turn It Around

Oakenfold used either the Original mix or the Extended mix of "Turn It Around". Basic Beat is the label the track first came out on. Then it was licensed later to Wonderboy Records. I never heard of a Basic Beat mix???

like i said, i'm not sure about the mix title, but all the 'original' or 'extended' mixes i've found do not sound like the one oakie played. I found one in my travels labelled 'basic beat edit' that sounded EXACTLY like what he played...only a minute or two shorter.

That's because people don't name mp3s correctly.. You're downloading the Space Brothers rethink over and over again.

The one Oakenfold plays is the original, extended, or long version. All three names are the same track, and its the one he plays.
