NASA refused Jimmy Carter's request to undertake a full investigation of UFOs in 1977. How can NASA say no to the President exactly?
The official explanation was that Carter mistakenly saw...VENUS! Yeah...Jimmy Carter, Governor of a southern state (forget right now which one) at the time, future President of the United States, chased fucking Venus in his car and was so convinced that he made it a campaign promise in 1976 to investigate UFOs publicly? The people who make this stuff up must laugh at how stupid people are.

I think we can all agree there are things in this universe that we cannot explain.
On one hand I believe there must be other intellegent life on some plant in this vast universe. On the other hand....the probability of a planet being able to support any sort of life is minimal...and for that life to develop into intellegent beings such as most of us seems very unlikely.
I believe there are things that have fallen to earth that are being kept from the general public...whether they are alien ships or just space junk I don't know.
If any aliens are reading this thread...please just give us a sign so we can put this debate to rest.

I know a lot of very intelligent people from various walks of life who believe in a lot of the stuff we've talked about in this thread. Friends, former professors (including my old history professor who was also religious) and even my grandfather (he heard stories of sightings during WW2 but never saw any personally while with the RAF). I've engaged in this conversation with many types of people over the years and you are the single more arrogant, insulting and "small" group yet that I"ve encountered when this subject has come up.
But this always happens here with you guys...there is always drama here, even in real life. Silly billies!!
