I finished my remix about 3/4 weeks ago (even though at the time I said I hadn't even started :P).

Yeh, I'm finished as well, posted earlier 'bout it. Sad thing is that after I finished, every time I came back to it to try and make improvements, I was fresh out of ideas. No changes really at all. =o/

Oh well, as long as its not complete crap, eh? Hehe. I should probably submit it now, so I don't stack up anxiety about things I maybe possibly could still try at the last minute...

haha i wonder if any of the mixes will eveb be release level! everyone seems pretty iffy about it

haha yeah, it's the 6th now (just turned the 6th an hour ago tho as it's 1am, but i like to submit a day early just to be safe hehe

Ive had good fun mixing this track! i hope a fresh pair of ears likes what i have done with the track, its hard to know the standard of your song when you have no idea what other people are doing with their remix!

I feel like such a slacker.

I'm not gonna be able to finish mine, I made about 5 different versions and the most I did on one was 2 mins long.

I was feeling it in the begining, banging out some crazy melodies and pulsing drums but for some reason after the 5th song I began to cringe at the vocals. I just got completely sick of them.

No matter how good vocals are, for some reason I just tolerate female vocals much better.

Ya know thats interesting. I'm the same way, except the other way around. One of my last projects, I got pretty damn far in it. I was trying to remix Couture, but I just cant stand hearing the vocals anymore. It's strange,because they're pretty damn good vocals.....

On the other hand this track's vocals grew on me over time. Though I also didn't really touch the vocals till near the end of composition...
