they still do as far as I know. I almost got in for free on my last birthday but I was told they don't do it for CGYFB

yes...patrons were arrested...not club owners or staff.

It wouldn't be hard to prove that police target the club more then other clubs in town. I don't think the lawsuit is being filed in an attempt to win millions of dollars....its being filed in order to show the city that they will not go down without a fight. Its about time someone stood up to the city.

that's not accurate... what they need is reasonable and probable grounds, which exiting an establishment that has a reputation for drug use is not.
