It's just commonly held bullshit that meal size/frequency means much at all. Just tiny differences nobody knows how to account for, but probably not due to wrangling metabolic rates. I buy that people could trick themselves into thinking it's important, and that this is maybe an improvement on their self-image/mental health, but there's simply no empirical evidence to support the notion of people who claim to have lost weight because they instituted some 'no food after 7pm' rule or something like that. Just get the right food into you and in the right proportions, and you will lose fat.

When I was referring to the times. I was referring to eating low carbs, high protein based source and an omega 3 source outside your workout session and a high carb source with protein and omega 3 source after your workout session which last for about 3 hours and it won't get stored as fat.

I often eat at 8 pm sometimes a couple of hours before I go to sleep but they are generally low carb meals.

i eat medium carb meals three times a day.

Ok, well you've convinced me you didn't get your diet tips from your Aunt's gossip magazine.

Sorry, I just hear it way too often, and it doesn't fucking matter AT ALL for the vast majority of people's diets. There's really no direct evidence to suggest that meal frequency is the cause of fat loss, but the correctly proportioned meals and their frequency can certainly contribute to how hard/long you work out, which can lead to a more regulated metabolism and muscle structure.

Planning carbs around your workout sure helps with stamina and recuperation, but if you are in a carb deficit by the end of the day, I don't think it would be harmful to get some in you (even before bed!) as your overall proportions are vastly more important to your health than trying to monkey in some sort of obscure caloric sequence. In fact, the arbitrary rules are probably more harmful to diets in an overall sense, because they can deprive people of energy and worsen their moods.

I've looked and researched deeply into this diet and its been researched for over 25 years and plus a lot of athletes and body builders are on it. Its not one of those gimmick, fad or product endorsement diets. Planning carbs also helps with fat loss too and that's why I eat 6 meals a day plus protein shake before and after a workout as well. I feel more alert throughout the day with this diet my mood has improved significantly I don't feel as cranky or depressed like I used to.

16:18 - Strategic deployment of complex carbohydrates, protein, and sugars commenced. So long as I stick to eating month-old raspberries every 90 minutes for the rest of the day, I'll lose 2lbs. by tomorrow...

mmm I want some Lucky U Small Batch right now. If I follow each one with a shot of lemon juice and maple syrup I should lose 5 tablespoons of weight by midnight.

Ahhh

I use a different idea. Take 5 shits a day and you lose weight. also clip your toe nails daily. and I don't carry things in my pockets

Don't drink water, either. It tends to distort the results on your bathroom scale, I find.

Also don't touch leftovers that have been in the fridge for less than 6 weeks. You have to let them age and ferment before they start to lose their calories or something. Keeps me under the triple digits, so I'm probably healthy.

i do a feces cycle, i eat my poo over and over again without eating anything new, this way im not adding new calories to my diet.

for muscles i go to the gym once. But I do so many steroids and just blow up for the summer and then cut during the winter using my feces cycle

Green/brown energy, imo.

Finally added in squats to my routine. So happy. haha.

Need another bar, cause switching from deadlifts to squats with a single bar is a pain in the ass.

Posted by Vivid Boy on Nov-20-2012 04:54:

there's a lot of different dishes you can do with poop. but they all taste the same. a lot of guys i work out with like to trade poop with one another to change it up, but it kind of defeats the whole purpose imo.

Did my first challenging run today. 5.17 miles, with a 232.94 ft ascent over the final 1.52 miles. Managed to do it in 00:45:49 for an average pace of 08:53 minutes a mile. And no Lira, there was no adrenaline rush at the end, because the last mile or so was just pure pain.
