the past few years it's been one single ticket with 3 detatchable parts. each part had a barcode. one for each day though they never detached them; just scanned the barcode on the back.

i'm guessing you purchased both weekends? i'd assume they'll be similar this year but two tickets (one for each weekend).

Good question. In years passed we just recieved one badge like ticket that they scan at entrance. If it reamins the same way, you will be receive two separate badges (tickets), one for each weekend. I believe they are going to start mailing tickets out until March.

If that is the way the tickets are printed again, it is nearly impossible for people to sell individual tickets for individual days.

I didnt purchased yet but I'm trying to find a way to go to sunday 24 only.
OK, so I guess it should not be possible to sell other days ... maybe some guys will try to re-sell their ticket on sunday at entrance as it's the last day ...

Last year I had the 3 day pass but when I walked to get in line on Sunday there was a guy willing to sell me that days ticket for $50. Dunno how it will play out this year since SHM is playing their last show at Ultra and people will probably be more willing to go.

If you can find someone trustworthy enough to give the ticket back once their done you should be able to. Therein lies the problem though.

Manu, what days are you thinking about selling. I was thinking about asking to see if anyone wanted to sell off a day since I don't want to go to all 3 days either weekends. PM if you'd rather chat about it on there. Cheers!

THe best thing for me would be to go only on sunday 24 ...
I think there will be tired people that did the 2 previous days and don't want to go on sunday but I take a high risk ...

Most definitely, most of the one's selling on Sunday usually are kids who totally blew their wad on the past two days and have no energy left.

Last year there was a post set up specifically for people who were trying to unload tickets at the last minute. It was very useful for me. Maybe we should consider doing that again.

Kyau and Albert are playing somewhere in Miami for WMC on the 20th and will be a album release party.

my first WMC so i wanted to ask if open bar Yacht Parties are worth the price..is the alcohol usually flowing or is it packed and set up in a way that i may only get like 5-6 drinks on a 5hr cruise?

Im planning one my first day to basically party while pregaming HARD and get ready for the night after we dock

i don't know why i did not see this thread earlier. my TA skills have gone down the drain.

Quite alright. They just moved it into the subforum a few days ago. Before that, it wasn't difficult to spot. But I guess now it doesn't show up in new postings under EDM event listings, you basically have to dig all the way down to the subforum to see it.

I actually bought quite a few tickets for friends for Sat and Sun last year at Ultra. On Saturday, the tickets are hard as hell to find, especially after 4 pm, and they were still going for $180. Took quite a long time to find three tickets.

The next day on Sunday, by 11 am, there were dozens and dozens of people selling off that final day for about $50-60. I wouldn't worry too much about it if you just want to go Sunday. Is not hard to get in.

Not that hard to get drunk on the yacht, there are multiple bars on two floors.

going to keep this in mind. promised myself i wouldn't do ultra this year but a friend in our group this year has never been. sunday is the day i think i could tolerate.

lol. from my experience of 1 cruise, it was very easy to get your money's worth. they keep it flowing pretty well. and don't forget to get there for the pre-boarding. the earlier you get on, the earlier you get to drink.

maybe you guys can help with something else, im landing 2:25pm on the 20th, i want to go to the Open Bar Island Sessions Yacht which departs at 4:00pm, im staying with someone in Miami Beach.

I have 90mins

Google maps says from airport to where im staying is about 25min and from there to the cruise is about 15-20min. So my question is Can I Make It?? considering getting a cab and traffic, I have no idea what its like and what to expect. How long does it take to get a Cab from the airport and actually reach Miami beach during WMC?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks

unfortunately this does not look in your favor. just the fact that you can be held up even 30 minutes at your gate before you get off the plane. by the time you get your bags, it's an hour. do not plan anything within 3 hours of "landing." plus the airport is far. this ain't no vegas where the airport is in the middle of town. it's not even traffic (which can be bad since areas are blocked off sometimes), it's general flying rules. Especially for a boat cruise which you have to be, for sure, on board at a certain time.

I have not seen anything at Shelborne or Surfcomber? Do we think they will be doing any events there?

Thanks man, good thing i didnt jump the gun and buy a ticket yet, although i will call AA and maybe get an earlier flight

Arg just saw John O'Callaghan, Myon&Shane54, Bobina @ Mussette was soldout, too bad, I was going to change the aly & fila cruise for that one for the open bar

I keep seeing the promoters saying that they will post something soon. I'm thinking the holdup this year is the whole Space getting sold issue. The people who run the surfcomber parties are really tight with Space.
