You guys might as well wave goodbye to the CL and La Liga. Without Eto'o it's going to become way more complicated to stay near the top.

To be honest though, Barca didn't seem like they would repeat again, in either of the tournaments.

Using Taha's word of the week, the alchemy for Barca has ended. A decade will go by and Barca will win nothing. This is only the beginning of the crisis.

Yours truly,
Irectum

Definetly. Never so much about him and most of the work has been done by Ajax current manager.

It's going to be very interesting to follow this..

Now now let's not get too excited puto, one thing is 5 months without a player, another is 10 years without titles. Slightly different.

What a load of bs here, off course it'll be more difficult without Eto'o, but remember this is not the first time we lost Eto'o for a couple of months, and guess what, we were also champions that year.
A year in which Messi was half the man he is now, Saviola on loan and no Gudjohnson.

Admit it, eveything you guys are writing here are speculations and high hopes that baras liga domination and european victories end, asap.

Ties against Valencia and Bremen are no domination. Barca got a great squad, with a good depth and pretty good subs, but I guess it's the time of the year, where your luck starts to lack, and you Barca fans get back to earth.

It was clearly not a sending off for the Bilbao-player, There were players lower than Casas when he fouled Gudjohnsen. I'm really tired of those shit referee's, they fuck up the smaller clubs chances to success.

Good move from Riijkard to bring on Giuly right of way instead of waiting. Bilbao will try to keep their point now, but they really got fucked when Puyol scored that goal with 1 minute left of the first half.

I feel a bit sorry for Athletic, they surely didn't deserve that red card..

Athletic was kicking Barcelonas ass, and then Messi brought up the ball, got past a couple of players and passed it towards Gudjohnsen who got fouled, but clearly not a red card as Casas wasn't the last Athletic-player.

Fuck those refs.

I am back to earth, i know success can only come with losses. When i meant domination i was referring to 2years la liga in a row, which is pretty dominant in my book. And if we dont win la liga this year and dont win the CL it's not going to be because Eto'o is injured for a few months. It's one thing to get to the top but it's a whole other thing to stay there, let's hope bara can keep up this incredible level for a few more years but i'ld understand it if they have a few average seasons.

We've all noticed that end of last year and the beginning of this year hasnt been as impressive as before. Form is no matter what temporary and goes with ups and downs, so far we've been able to minimize the downs to almost zero.

Final note, whats worries me more than Eto'o's injury is Ronaldinhos level for the last half a year or so. Still better than like 99% of the players out there but atm he cant perform what he did a year ago.
And tht is something that could be reflected on last days liga table. But i'm sure he'll get through it.

Sick shot (Hits the post) from Marquez almost results in 1:2 for Barcelona.

indeed. there were 3 or 4 players around him, all of who could've kept up with eidur, he doesn't have the pace of eto'o.
