This demonstration might just what Loveparade needs. Although nobody can guess the exact number of people that will travel to Berlin, there will be a party going on for sure.

The Siegessaule & Tiergarten will be flooded by ravers, just for the simple fact that nothing can stop them.

We will be there, music will be there

Berlin here we come

I don't know Berlin, but there's a decent chance there'll be fuckloads of police all over the place arresting people. If that's the case, it won't take long to stop the "ravers" from raving. 40,000 people's a lot of people yeah, say there's 500 police (1.25%) arresting ppl and breaking the "demonstration" up, it'd take under an hour for the whole thing to be dead. [NB They'd find the music source and just stop it, before they started arresting people]

I'll be there and the vibe will be off the hook, something like that will add SO much more excitement....I just hope you're car's big enough to mount dex on top!

I don't know what you're talking about. This is an official demonstration which means you have the right to be there. I don't see partypeople doing other stuff than dance and have fun.

Police in Berlin likes to join the party. For example people have watergun fights with them

I wasn't aware of it being an official (IE City approved) demonstration. [I thought it was just a TA thing].

*nods head* @ Berlin Police...I hope they have water pistols as well...would hate to see them draw their pistol to "squirt" back

jp, tell him i'm only au.ta allowed near u or ur car

Posted by jp on May-17-2004 19:07:

I could adjust my car alarm:

'Keep away from the vehicle, you're too close' would be changed into:

'Ay mate, you're as welcome as a fart in a phone box'

haha i figured my most scarey experience would be the rollercoasters at Six Flags Holland......but i have a feelin drivin with u on the autobahn will beat that now!!

Posted by djway on May-18-2004 03:10:

I plan on driving the fastest I'll ever drive on the Autobarn. I plan on driving until the car maxes out 2.0 litre engine

Since gasonline is so expensive, many tourists are driving and just because driving fast is stressfull I rather drive at 130km/h cruising speed. Nowadays it's pretty hard to drive that fast in Germany, only on Sundaymorning it's still possible but you'll need a pair of excellent breaks.

It's better to enjoy the weather, watch the scenery and just pump some beats through the speakers

I want to keep your thread precious. I don't want it exposed to reading about Beemer "owning" the car stereo. Or "owning" jp. I've got nothing against S&M but well.....not something the rest of au.ta want to read about.

how in god's name do u get S&M from my posts in here?? U must have a very vivid imagination....

more than a few threads in au.ta have become a bit chatty before...this certainly isn't the first.......i seriously think u should find bigger things to worry about buddy....if u don't like it, the answer is very simple - don't read it!!!

Posted by jp on May-18-2004 22:17:

The remote control is unfortunately gone. I won't know how to keep Beemer away from my stereo. I'll have to trust her taste in music

Maybe it's a good idea to install one of these state-of-the-art in-car karaoke systems. It could be rather difficult to drive and watch the screen at the same time, so better leave the singing for the short breaks...

-Funny enough it seems like Dutchies and Aussies find eachothers English accent quite 'sexy'. Maybe it's the wavelenght or something? You guys seem to think it sounds like Danish/Swedish, but in most other countries they think it's German. We often have some explaining to do -

Anyhow... i'll definately bring a video camera to make shots of her hair blowing in the wind, 1960's style. Once we arrive in Be(eme)rlin we'll park the car next to the Siegessaule, a photo/videoshoot FHM style would suit her well.

Beemer's adventures at Sensation and Dance Valley will also be added
to the DVD and VHS that will be available at the end of August.

The money goes to charity...
