i wish i could afford a personal trainer to yell at my ass when i dont wanna work out. i have no motivation whatsoever...thank god i have high metabolism, or i'd be a fat slob.
i'm gonna buy myself a new pair of kicks and some work out clothes
yea, that'll motivate me. it's a damn good excuse to shop!

| Originally posted by Ygrene My #2 exercise for lower abs is hanging leg raises, being very careful to limit any type of swinging. I like where my abs are at right now so I just do 2 sets of 15 every other day to maintain. Adding a set or two on top of that shouldnt do any harm. Even daily if you are comfortable and a quick-recover type. My #1 exercise is LOTS OF SEX! Muhahahahaha! Sorry. (but it does wonders!) |

| Originally posted by Floorfiller hehehe so that's my problem...damn girlfriend getting prude on me hahahaha. i usually do some kinda variation of that hanging leg raise and also one where i lay on a bench and do the same motion with my legs suspended in the air. i don't know, maybe i just need to be stricter with diet hehehe.. |

oh and sly. Try getting a medicine ball or something at your house, so when you dont feel like going to the gym, at least you can do some situps or something in your room between IMs and TA posts
i don't think i'm fat or anything, trust me. but thanks floorfiller
i just don't like that skin n bones look. i want a body like britney or halley berry, but that takes work and discipline in eating habbits. i'm on the see food diet

can't afford gym etc at the moment but i bought some push up bars/stands and use them with my feet raised of the ground. i've worked out that if i use them really far apart, it's quite good for my pecs and i've worked out if u have them really close it focuses more on my biceps/arms
Normally, i use the bars so they are in line with my shoulders, what difference would it make if I use them so my hands are higher above my shoulders and also if i was to use them lower down so are more in line with the upper part of my stomach.
Any suggestions? Does it work out slightly different areas?
Many thanks.

hrhrhrhr. Work out hard, play hard
every time I go into the gym I bust my ass. I can run 3 miles and not really sweat, but in the gym ill be sitting there growling and ripping into machines and dripping sweat.
I used to get drunk every single night for like 9 months, but now its mostly once a week or so, if that. I just have a lot of fun when I drink, so i can make do with a little alcohol and little motivation in that dept. Last night was slightly out of hand

yeah, i usually buy beer thats 8 bucks a bottle so I CANT have alot. I really only have a beer or two with my dinner as im watching movies. Working out and being active makes me feel too good to get really sloshed, and the prospect of being hungover and not feeling like doing something ative bugs the shit out of me. I stopped hanging out with some of my friends recently, because all they do is drink and I dont really like to party that hard any more.

, would be for no one to ever do what you just told that guy to try. The risk of injury is too high in my mind. But whatever. Try it out if you want, i'm not the boss of you. Just remember what I said when you're at the doctor because of a shoulder subluxation or something similar.
