dude .. that's cold ..
hahahhaha .. ..
anyways .. if they make the playoffs or not, it won't matter .. because if they make the playoffs, it will be an early exit for them when they play against the heat! ..

It doesn't take a genius to figure that out. I'm hoping they throw the last few games and get in the lottery.

And since their team is so horrible, AI will get robbed of the MVP he rightly deserves for taking a bunch of underachievers to a winning record.

yeah
its the pretty obvious pick so far, I see that series going 7 games, and Ill try to go to at least 1 or 2 of the games.
2night we destroyed the Bulls without Shaq, this argentinan bastard Nocioni from the bulls fouled wade hard while wade was shooting and the Nocioni was pissed so he just pushed Wade to the ground as Wade was trying to keep his balance, then haslem came to the rescue and pushed Nocioni into the crowd , it was pretty funny how he fell into the crowd too standing ovation for Haslem of course as he and that argentinan puto got ejected lol

Good job Kobe. Thanks to you, the Lakers aren't in the playoffs for the first time in 11 years!

i say for the disappointing season, the lakers fire the gm of the team .. fire kobe bryant ... er .. mitch kupchak ..

Posted by LeopoldStotch on Apr-06-2005 21:33:

what is wrong with those baby cavs ??? they are letting their playoff chances slip away from their grasps .. however, the bulls are playing very well right now .. the puzzle is fitting in the right places for john paxson and the bulls (a lot better than his bro jim at cleveland .. i guess u can tell who is the smarter paxson .. just go with the guy that made the last second three to beat phoenix in the finals .. )

Today is one of the most important games this season for 76ers! They're hosting Cavs tonight and if they win the'll move to the 7th position which gives them better chances in the playoffs (it's better to play against Pistons than Heat ). So I hope they'll win and remain on this 7th position, cause they have very weak chances to go past Pacers who are on the 6th...

Posted by BshidoHEAT on Apr-08-2005 22:02:

I'll be at the Pistons vs Magic game tonight, watch out for a Phillipino guy with a Kareem Jesey holding up a sign saying.

TOTAL STEVE EFFORT!

w00t!!! Iverson's 16 assists led Philly to the victory over the Cavaliers!!! GREAT!!! Now the 7th playoff spot is much more closer and real for the 76ers! Allen You're awesome!

Did anyone see Amare Stoudemire's facial on Adonal Foyle? That was the sickest facial this season, and possibly one of the best ever.

I didn't really know where to post this, but I was playing ball today with my cousin, and I did him AND 1 style and bounched the ball off his head. Too good

Another 76ers win today in another very important game against Wizards this time. They were playing without Iverson and won the game and still have chances even for the 3rd spot, so GO SIXERS!!!

It suddenly hit me that NJ could have had the next lineup for the playoff if Jefferson was'nt injured and they did'nt let martin go:

C Kristic
PF Kmart
SF Jefferson
SG Carter
PG Kidd

Bench:
Cliff Robinson
Jake voughn...

you have like 100 points in that 7 guys alone, stupid Nj Manegment...they could have had a real chance for the championship this year with Carter if you ask me - he's better then Braynt.

Posted by verndogs on Apr-12-2005 18:23:

YES! The Knicks are out of the playoff race!

Now I hope:

- They keep on losing to get a better draft position
- Isiah Thomas gets fired (For all his moves, he's still better than Scott Layden...yeah I know that's saying a lot)
- Someone buys Madison Square Garden from those greedy idiotc owners Cablevision

1st round draft imo.

anyways..spurs take down trailblazers. forget tim duncan...manu ginobli was amazing for the spurs. was doing it all from scrapping on the floor for loose balls in the 4th, to hitting the big time 3s when it mattered. spurs are gonna be in the final.

as for the bulls.some team, i really want them to do well.

as for the race for 8th in the east..i hope the Cavs can pull it off, and with sixers going down to celtics last night despite an iverson 28points or so, i think they could do it.NJ probably have the easier last few games though.

the season is almost over among us ... after this season, we have learned ..

- minnesota isn't as good as we thought .. (imo, should have put crybabies spreewell and cassell on the bench, and szeribiack and hudson on the floor to start .. at least they have more heart than those crybabies, and be in the top 8 )
- cleveland was nothing but hype .. no inside edge .. they do have ilgauskas, varejo, and traylor, but who else ?? .. gooden is pretty good, and james of course is their superstar, but it seems the whole team just stands in the sides, so james can go drive to the lane to get his opportunity ..
- denver and memphis just surprised me this year with their turnarounds after their coaching changes ... go them! .. well, it wouldn't matter anyways, because memphis will go down to dallas, and denver will lose to phoenix ..

but it will be interesting this week to see how much cleveland can pick themselves up to make it to the playoffs .. philly, nj, and orlando are breathing heavily on their backs right now ..

and go chicago ! .. as long as they show a good inside presence, they could beat either boston or washington (depending where chicago will place ahead of indiana or not) .. chandler and curry are finally getting around .. my friend is a huge bulls fan, and he keeps ripping on the bulls how chandler and curry were a waste of draft picks, and management screwed up with trading out artest, crawford, and brad miller and elton brand ..

by the way, speaking of the bulls ... where is eddie robinson?? he supposedly was going to help turn this team around when the season started ? .. this guy keeps on getting injured ..

yeah that was sick .. then another dunk was sicker than that .. josh smith (from atlanta .. the slam dunk champ) put the facial on brezac from charlotte.. i saw it on sportscenter .. that was sick .. smith jumped from 10 ft from the goal and just shoved brezac out of the way while in the air .. sick!

The playoffs are only eight or so days away now and many of the teams are beginning to see who they'll be matching up with. In the East the favourites are going to be Miami and Detroit of course, with the Bulls suprising some. They're a young group that showed signs of their inexperience against the Pistons the other night. Nobody in the East however nobody beyond the two teams mentioned above are going to make major noise. I like the Pistons, Heat, Wizards and Bulls advancing (considering where they end up that might change).

In the West its different because I think the Nuggets are going to suprise a lot of people. I like them getting the sixth seed and beating the SuperSonics. Why would I say that? For one, I think they have one of the top three benchs in the league. Laugh all you want but there is a reason why they have won twenty one games of their last twenty three. If you haven't taken notice of this team yet I would advice you too. They play hard and run the fast break better then anyone. Plus, they can play defense when they want to.

But in the West I like the Suns, Spurs, Nuggets and Mavericks making it..

Curious what other people think about Jermaine O'neal's comment about the age limit being racist.I don't see the validity of that statement...all i see is bad team basketball being played. My opinion if you are going to keep drafting these guys ,go ahead and pull the plug on the wnba and make a minor league cba type league to groom these future stars til they are 20 and have them make a bit less money but get a draft signing bonus...plus would probably make alot more money than the wnba.

i agree with the minor league system .. i think the nba should take over the cba and usbl, and have each team own some kind of minor league system .. it will definately help the rookies develop their game, and the injured get their groove back on .. the minor league system in baseball helps the injured a lot, especially pitchers getting their pitching arm back, and the batters getting their coordination back ..

also, with the minor league system, this helps both the veterans and young rookies .. the veterans will stop bitchin' about losing their spots to the young guys, and rookies bitchin' that they can get into the draft whenever they want ..

i know this sounds bad, and looks like i support high schoolers into the nba (actually i don't support the jump from high school to professional .. i am pro "education over professional" ) .. but there are kids who have really low SAT and ACT scores that wont cut for major universities, and also community colleges ... .. so what's a kid to do for 2 years ?? have a lot of talent, and can't go to college ?? .. might as well try to go aspire for their dreams of pro ball ..
