Originally posted by Jem_hadar Actually, it every much was. I was disappointed by that. I love seeing candy kids around! They are so friendly and upbeat. Ravers from all walks of life is what defines the WEMF experience IMO.Candy kids almost always exemplify and define the spirit and meaning of PLURR. Something I wish was far more prevalent in the scene these days. Sad.

Originally posted by LittlePoonzgirl Hmmm, I saw lots of Candy Kids. I wish all Candy Kids really understod PLUR. Many do, but some are 16 year olds that only do it because they think it's rave cool (and then they make a bad name for the rest of the Hardcore crew).

God, its horrible in here...
Can we all quit arguing. Fine, some enjoyed the experience and loved the variety and carefreeness... other found it ridiculous and the biggest crackfest ever.
Lets keep the positive going. I hate fucking tainting my WEMF image/memory with the negative found in this thread!

Originally posted by LittlePoonzgirl Sorry for this Jamie... You see, that was not quite the right area of the city. If is was Queen East at let's say Broadview it would be perfect. However, Jarvis is really known for prostitution or people that actually do crack instead of excessive popular rave drugs like e, k, meth, etc. Most importantly, Jarvis and Parliament both run parallel to each other and therefore that isn't actually an area of the city.

Originally posted by Vivid Boy bravo smart cookie, if u perhaps decided to read the rest of the sentence where it stated" overstepping your boundaries" you would come to realize i was not speaking of an intersection. and how do u know that area so well?

Originally posted by chinamon uhm no. nice try though.

Originally posted by LittlePoonzgirl Oh, I know you were not speaking of an intersection, but you still need a north and south street to define the actual sketchy area. Those two streets do cover quite a bit of ground and not all of it is the crackhead area in TO. But as I also stated you neglected the area of Queen East that would have had the actual raver sketch (it would be further East than you stated). Hulla used to be at the Opera House on Queen East (near Broadview). As far as knowing that area that well, I'm a Toronto local...you're a 905er correct? lol In any case, I like funny jokes even if they poke fun at me. However, they should be correct in what they poke fun at. I guess what I'm saying, I know lots of 'class clown' types that come up with much more clever jokes. It was a good try, just keep on working at it and remember to do your background research.
