Hmmm, I saw lots of Candy Kids. I wish all Candy Kids really understod PLUR. Many do, but some are 16-year-olds that only dress candy because they think it's rave cool and don't actually follow through with the ideals of PLUR (then they make a bad name for the rest of the Hardcore crew by taking too much drugs and acting really rude instead of respectful).

Can we all quit arguing. Fine, some enjoyed the experience and loved the variety and carefreeness... other found it ridiculous and the biggest crackfest ever.

You see, that was not quite the right area of the city. If is was Queen East at let's say Broadview it would be perfect. However, Jarvis is really known for prostitution or people that actually do crack instead of excessive popular rave drugs like e, k, meth, etc.

Most importantly, Jarvis and Parliament both run parallel to each other and therefore that isn't actually an area of the city.
