It's London, and London has UWO, so if you're a girl you are required to wear some of the following items:

Short skirt (the colder the weather, the shorter the skirts)
Ugg Boots
Winter Parka with Furry Hood
Bleach Blonde highlights
iPod with stereotypical white earbuds
Winter Boots with your pants tucked into them

If you are a guy, wear some of the following clothing to fit in:

Sideways graphic trucker hat
Shirt too tight for you but allow you to still flex your muscles
Sport Jacket that costs less than your jeans
A scarf inside a club

Also let it be known that jogging pants are an acceptable piece of clothing for any venue or any location, be it a fine dining restaurant of a nightclub here in London. Also don't forget to bring your attitude with you: if someone bumps into you on the dancefloor, it's not customary to apologize, rather throw your drink at them and start a fight with anyone that is near you.

As for your actual question: dress as you would in any nightclub in Toronto and it'll be acceptable
