I've listened to this song like 3 times today haha I didn't even realize...All that bass and distortion in the video made me think it was something else...

You mean the bit patchy dance? My friend Kelly actually has some photos of the cribby claw from Decadence..so it has been done proper We just need the right song to do it to.
