Vandall was amazing, one of the best i've heard this year, his mix of x-bass(yoji remix) into if you want my love = i almost lost it

Wippenberg - was ok

Kaos and Gangaguru - some nice hard trance, including that rotten egg song

Marcel - caught the end of it, some sweet tunes.

Project - too techy, was 'meh' for ages, so I buggered of and missed his anthems at the end

Ben - loved the banging and melodic psy you were playing, really enjoyed it

Behold, my arse.

Most DISAPPOINTING Pharmacy by far!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was up and down, had its moments I guess......
Expected ALOT more. Good to see the usual crew.

LOL @ Mr Happy haha

I think Metro is long overdue for a good renovation....such a good club yet it's absolutley fkn disgusting and filthy everywhere!

fuck oath dude

By the way, sooooooo shitty that I missed out on a Mark Sherry CD.

I was in the front row for his whole set, he must have handed out like 30 CDs, and everyone jumped on us from behind and snapped them up.

HAHAHA you know we were stirring you haha. By the way I saw that face you pulled you nonno gato!! LOL
(If you played like you did GK afterparty that would've been even better hahaha).

Yeh melodic trance closing set I dunno about that, especially playing straight after Scot Project changing it back to melodic I dont think it was a good idea & many people would agree.

I never ever except you to play 'omg hardstylez bro' hahahaha I was expecting TOUGH, DRIVING, trance or banging tech/hard trance. (not trance tracks that went melodic for 10 minutes or so & had a pussy kick in LOL)
Yes we got some of it BUT NOT ALL OF IT.

hahaha anyways wasn't just your set, I thought Project would bang it out more too.

HAHAHAHA ummmmm lol electro-trance.

HAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

Sorry but when I walked in I HEARD HOUSEy sorta electro tunes not TRANCE!

Jason yes I was there, came upstairs once didn't see you saw Deeeeman the trooper he is.
hahaha
x

it's definitely better to focus on one DJ exclusively and disect every single thing he does

umm... thats exactly what we played mandi... and the club was still pretty busy at the end (and i must say the crowd was awesome), which looks to me not everyone agrees to your 'ideas'. The guys who ran this event wanted a more trancey closing set, so i guess maybe this event wasnt really for you

ps - i dont have a track in my bag that goes for 10 mins, if you werent so narrow minded you might actually start enjoying yourself.

also - welldone to the interview guys, in the upstairs room. Heard all the lads played very well. Needed a friggen bar in that room!

@ 10 min.

Im not narrow minded Steve, I had heaps of fun I just expected a tougher set, just like any CLOSING SET should be!

Like I said before, I enjoyed SOME of the tracks that were played just not ALL.
And this is with all the internationals as well except mainly Sherry & Filo & Peri as I enjoyed their sets the most.

Ofcourse not everyone agrees to my ideas, not saying everyone did, but I do know for a FACT quite a few people were pretty disappointed with this past Pharmacy.

@ 10mins = pfft you brought it up

Maybe your used to seeing Kat or jewelz play closing sets @ evo or somethen (nothing wrong with that) because theres never been any set rules that a closing set has to be tougher, whatever the promoter feels would work at the end of the night is entirely upto them.

Posted by JayseP on Sep-10-2007 13:23:

melodic trance closes ftw

does anyone remember how good jfx + tpower (sry i'm sure i got that wrong) were at interview earth? fuck me that was a sweet arse set

ps welcome back mayboy all reports say you destroyed em

edit
+ dean at belfast.. nuts!

mandy if u really didnt like it then why didnt u just go home.
seriously though i dont think anyone cares about wat u think anymore.
i mean according to u armin was crap, come on seriously, are u fukin normal?
as far as the closing set at pharmacy goes, it seemed as though everyone was having a good time except for you.
i mean if things really arent up to your standard then why dont u take the initiative and start your own bloody event, and make your selected djs hand in tracklists to you so that you can make sure they are playing the tracks you want to listen to?

maybe then you will stop fukin complaining on ta all the time.

LOL 10 min = exaggeration occuring! HAHA

OH how I WISH Jewelz & Kat could play TOUGH sets at EVO.

but they dont!

Steve Im not personally attacking you, Im speaking in general & just saying it as it is!

mieowmieowmieow

You're right it is up to the promoter, I just hope for future Pharmacy events there are crazier sets/closing sets.
Music between the middle of the night towards the end should generally get tougher. If it was a trance event for Future, Id completely understand melodic trance for the end of the night but for Killrockstar WTF!
