Last year Ferry was on last and played trance....same thing will probably be done with Eddie (hope so anyway)!!

nah, seen him once and that was at the single best arena event in my clubbing/raving life - gods 06 so that was a trance event so he played trance.. FMF is a festival that incorporates a much wider range of music so because halliwell plays both electrohouse and trance, he could go either way...

..but given he's playing mainstage, he suits NO other time that close or just before Chem Bros closing which wont suit electrohouse so i think it's safe to say he'll be trancing the shiet outta us.

i distinctly remember seeing a video of him mashing two techtrance monster tunes over the top of each other, people going bezerk, the buildup peaked and peaked and peaked then he looped them for a bit, dropped the volume and screamed (in his wicked little british almost jockey voice) at the crowd "DO YOU FUCKING C**TS WANT IT?!!??!?" before BANG.. the tune broke and the place exploded with awesome.

Couldn't agree more...he seriously rocked the place that night....highlight was him crowd surfing towards the end of his set

Eddie @ SD 06 afterparty = even with the power outage

haha, best part about that was where he paused the tune before crowd surfing when he got back behind the decks and dropped the melody to cherry blossom.. my god.. the place roared.

hahaha, so SO much fucking epic techtrance that set.. at the time i was heavily in love with the mac zimms mix of take me away and katana - fancy fair.. when he dropped his mashup of that, my mate SMS'd me from somewhere in the arena to say "you must be losing your shit right now."

well i hope he closes mainstage and schulz closes a side (since sides usually finish and hr or so earlier than main--)

if eddie plays before chems (if they close), I doubt he'd play as hard... pretty stupid to play a bangin set before chems... even tho i would like it

hopefully they stick to tradition and close with the big bang!!

i just hope marcus and eddie dont clash.......

Yeah and incognition ... with all his scratching before it dropped!! he mixing and scratching skills are amazing and boy does he know how to work the crowd

Main stage he will rock....hopefully he will get at least two hours!

agree, hardwick DOMINATED. especially his first hour when he was playing awesome melodic stuff.

eddie at GK 06 was average for me. too much fucking around with the tracks imo.

eddie at GK 04 on the other hand.... awesome

summadayze afterparty, he was sick as well.


anyway, there is no way he will play house. the only time he does is during his radio 1 show to please the masses. his live sets are always that banging eddie trance sound.
