Pretty good time slots...don't have to rush to the day venue until late afternoon (Heidi) or rush to the night venue....leaves some extra time for sketchy shopping.

Just don't like the fact of having to choose between Richie and Francois K.

Wow.... this is going WAY later then expected. I am going to be a basket case by the end of the weekend.

THIS WEEKEND IS GOING TO BE SICK!

It seems most of us will be on the same flight.... I will get to talk to them Friday morning.

Set times are perfect...

We are going to the Mets game on Friday night and will then be at the night venue in time for Marco.

We will do Saturday and Sunday day events.. I am very happy with the way it has worked out.

My weekend: going to the beerfest on South Street Seaport friday night 5-10pm (awesome touristy spot if anyone is interested). Getting a decent nights rest, then doing Saturday day and evening. Sunday I will be there late afternoon til close

yup! Its on the South street seaport, which is right on the water with a perfect view of the Brooklyn Bridge, and only one stop from Broklyn, so its VERY convenient for you guys!! Its also right near the former World Trade center and wall street, for you tourists!!

btw: I had a thought...usually on Sept 11th, the put up the memorial lights for the WTC for a week or so, so if they are still doing that, we will be able to see those lights as well!!


also, since the beerfest is from 5-10pm, it gives people plenty of time to get to the night venue if need be! Great bar food at this place as well

its brewery beer from the heartland brewery, not bud light or something. $50 for 5 hours of drinking in NYC is epic. Try spending that in a regular bar. Its $10-15 for one *liquor* drink ($6-9 for a beer plus tip).

I dont even know if I am going because my fucking BANK just withdrew $300 that I spent shopping TWO weeks ago and I never realized that they hadnt taken it out. bitch-ass bankers!!

edit: I was reading it, and the beers are all new york state breweries, and you get a souvenier sample glass in which you can go around and try over 300 beers. 300 samples! lol

I dont know about you.... but $50 to sample NYS's different beers is a pretty good deal. The timing is perfect for what may be the start of the best weekend this year to date.

Tell me if i got the subway/train stuff right

From the Hotel,
walk on Williams Pl to Fulton st
get on C train at Broadway Junction
Exit C train at lafayette/Fulton

Walk down on Fort Greene pl, turn onto Hanson pl, then walk down on 4th Ave.

Get on R line at Pacific St. Station down to exit 25th/4th Ave


The nyc train/subway maps are a pain!!

Also, are those area sketch ?

Tommy - I don't think I'm gonna hit it up because I'm most likely going to snooze for a few hours after the long ass drive then pick up a 2-4 of bud and get smashed in the hotel room. You guys are welcome for the festivities before hand.
