All of these sets consist of the most powerful trance music ever created. Also in my opinion this was some of the first truly progressive sets ever made.

I love Paul Oakenfold's EM World Tour, and I love many tracks that he played, but there're 2 tracks that I love so much but I can't find them anywhere. I have searched in Kazaa even in the DC Hub, I still can't find them.

1.- P Oakenfold live @ Shadow Lounge, Miami, USA. 08-03-1999
09 - UTM - Stream

2.- P Oakenfold live @ Home at Space, Ibiza. 25-07-1999
04 - Two Fishes - Opera [Vince O'Matic Mix]

If you any info about this tracks or if you have them plz PM or send me an email: [email protected].

Thankx and Peace Bros.

what it seems like...is that the 12-31 mix was actually not broadcasted because of some kind of problems. the millenium mix that people have is actually a part of the mix cd from pete tong and oakenfold called the essentails or something like that. do you recognize any of the tracks in your 75:31 set??

I can tell just by skipping to the specific times that the 10.31 tracklisting says that tracks end/begin, that my mix is not the 10.31 one. In mine, the times are different than the 10.31 one. At 45 min in, the vocals say "fight fire, with fire.....". I hope that helps..

hmmm...well...the track with those vocals is Planet Perfecto - Bullet In The Gun (Saturday Mix)...but i'm not quite sure what set it is just by that...can you describe any other tunes? it might be one of the other essential mixes mislabelled or something...

One world was the millenium eve brodcast of Radio with 12 different djs for 12 hours from around the world, Oakeys set was at Home and was his final set in the World tour imo

Posted by torontotrance on Mar-02-2004 19:29:

Did you read the first page? We listed 12 I believe.

look technically 11 world tour essential mixes EXIST

jan-nov 1999

now people like myself add the final 12th mix from dec 31,1999 into the 12.

Look he did from Home, London (31-10-99) was a 2 hr essential mix
then he did the Millenium Mix (which some don't consider in the full world tour and some do). The millenium mix was supposed to be longer but a power failure hit Home, London at some point and only 75 mins was recorded. See that was not an essential mix, so some don't add it into the world tour. He played for Home 3 times of the 12 (add home @ space, Ibiza into the other 2)

That's not the Natious Mix. The Natious Mix is a lot less uplifting and focuses more on fx and beats. I also listened to the vinyl and Paul deffo plays the original.

LOL! you cheeky bugger :-)

Ya little bastard

What name did you make up for it???

Posted by Esper256 on Apr-19-2004 20:27:

Definitely a good title for it. Fits in with the style a lot. A great April fool's joke to be sure! Unfortunately, like you said, the chances that it would spread really far and wide and cause a lot of people out there to waste many hours of their lives is a little bit dangerous.

In Oakey's essential mix at Gatecrasher, which version of Mauro Picotto - Lizard did he play? Thanks.
