whats the deal alot of people are bashing either the venue or the crowd outside of noctournal...I have personally only seen the outside of this place and yeah it was a total cluster fuck but hell most anything is right after ultra from what i have seen through the yrs. Is this place or the people who frequent it really that shitty?

i think people are just expecting the worst. honestly i dont think itll be bad at all. however i dont doubt for a second there will be a shitload of cops around just because of ultra ending.

they need a reason to search you. you just better not give them one if you're on your ass coming out of ultra and trying to get into one of the downtown clubs.

saw clive henry yesterday at a party in LA and spoke with him for a few minutes about the lights out show. he said steve called him this weekend to give him the update, he seemed a bit concerned but i told him what was posted and hope for the best. clived tagged with jamie jones on the rooftop of the standard hotel yesterday in downtown, nice start to my miami adventure this week

not that steve was concerned but clive just seemed confused/concerned. guess it being change kinda last minute when everything was already set up can be a bit disconcerting. oh well, it's gonna be a great night, 2 great djs playing back to back, i'm not too worried. steve is very particular when it comes to his parties and can have some high demands that need to be met so i'm sure he has a pretty solid contract with nocternal with all that he has requested

I think it's going to be just fine...Nocturnal will be transformed into the Lights Out experience, the JP crowd isn't going to be allowed in 'til 4am, AND we still get Lawler for an extended set.

My only complaint is waiting 5 more days until Saturday!!

ok, so we got our tix for this and are going to go. Probably skipping Circo Loco. I'm pretty sure Nocturnal won't let you in to the terrace without paying again.

Instead we'll probably walk over to Club 90 Degee to checkout Trent Cantrelle's SOunds Like party whuch starts at 7AM til. It's his big party of the conference so he should represent proper. there were some people handing out reduced admission passes for $20.
