I've actually had an old boyfriend say that to me in the past.

I'm just too nice and I feel the need to apologize and take responsibility for everything. I've always been that way.

protip: when you say you are sorry for *everything* (even shit that's not your fault) its a sign of not having confidence; which most men find a turnoff.
