We played rugby for PT today. well, psuedo-rugby i guess. was more of just ultimate football with a rugby ball. regardless, was a lot of fun and a good hour-look cardio workout.
I once did 7.88 miles in 60 minutes on the treadmill, no B/S.
Starting again tonight, really excited to get back into shape. Any tips as to keep my motivation up to continue? I seem to always stop after a month, I hate it

Results are your best partner.
Take pics and keep records, they're proof to your hard work!
Also, set a goal and schedule a regular workout time and stick to it.
Okay, thanks! Sure feels good though sitting here after my first one in a while
or just stare at yourself in the mirror and repeat to yourself " I am not a loser!"

Been a real slack and lazy ass since I ran that 8k charity run... Blaming school, but it's really my fault.
Getting back in the gear starting with soccer tonight, because I noticed the buddha belly is starting to come back again
Consistency is key. My shin splints are going away after sticking with it.
4.8 mile run in 35 min 47 seconds.
First run in a while, it was tough.
I need to get a fucking pad for my bar cause yea, doing squats bare bar starts to fucking hurt your shoulder blades haha.
Do not use a pad. It can hurt your form, which is pretty much the most important thing when squatting. If it's hurting your shoulder BLADES it sounds like the bar is too low. You'll get used to it, the bar used to give me a little bruise sorta thing, but after a few weeks I don't even notice.
If you need something get a manta ray pad. It aligns the bar correctly, but it doesn't actually provide the thick cushion that most pads do, which can throw off your form.

Ah, ok. Try moving the bar down your back juuuust a bit more. I know what you're talking about, and yeah.
Woo, 7pm and already done my workout! Just did a quick little blast sesh. Squats, deadlifts, v-ups, lower leg raises, push ups and lateral flies.
HNNNNNNNNNNNGH.
Yea I need to get another bar altogether for dead lifts, I am too lazy to lift the bar up onto the squat rack or take it down to do one or the other. :@

I'm trying very hard to get the motivation to workout 5-6 days a week, but right now I'm at 3, maybe 4 days a week. I do cardio, weights, and Muay Thai.
