Squats, Lunges and Planks (ESPECIALLY this last one) will help your abs out, quite a bit.
The remainder really work the rest of the body more than the abs.
You can do so much better.
Just browse the teenbodybuilding forums. Tons of amazing ab workouts there.

today i had a kick ass upper body workout...i feel like a superstar. go me!
I now understand why most people enjoy working the abs. Quick results are quick.
Back in the gym after taking a break, I hate taking breaks, but in the end should be more beneficial. Still have my same strength up which is good. Also started taking No2 the new formula little skeptic but gave me a good pump and lots of energy.
Been working the arms today, had a great session and done about 2 miles on the bike as well today. RUINED but feeling good!
Tried to do some legs, arms and back today but my lungs feel like they are on fire. I'll give it a couple of days.
Changed my diet, cardio and workout last week to get cut up for summer... I'm using this workout, which is really intense and the descriptions are very in-depth: http://abcbodybuilding.com/13weekfatburningworkout.php
I live a block away from my town high school's track & field so I originally planned to wake up 6:30 AM and run for a half hour on an empty stomach before work... just my fucking luck that they're installing astroturf (wtf?) and construction workers are already on the field working at that time. I guess I'll have to drive down to the county park or my gym for the time being. Anyway, I'm also doing HIIT cardio on the treadmill after my workouts for ~15 mins.
I'm thinking about taking Venom Hyperdrive as a fat burner in a few weeks to help speed up the process. Judging from the reviews, it gets the job done, but some people react pretty bizarre to Venom Hyperdrive.
I don't really post that much on here anymore since my work finally got smart and blocked Tranceaddict, but I'll try and post some updates here and there.
I strongly recommend these http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/nutrex/lipo6.html

Early this year had patellar tendonitis and a subluxated sterno-clavicular joint. Funnily enough, they're my first sports-related injuries and they didn't happen at once - one at gym, the second jumping rope 2 weeks later haha. Oh, then I got a stomach parasite in bali and couldn't eat anything but rice and eggs for two weeks. So, from new years to now, I had not even seen a barbell. Over this three months, my arms went from 15.2" to 13.5". My body was eating itself. "Thanks bali".
SURE DO HAVE THE WORST LUCK EVER.
I'll get back there though. ;D

Meh, I just want to tone up my triceps. I'm not looking to sculpt myself into Barbie...I like my body the way it is.
The only reason I even did upper body is because I strained my ACL running, and can't do any cardio.
Love waking up nice and sore
Oh and muscle milk cookies and cream is sososos good

i can't believe im saying this...... but im actually going to a gym tonight..... i finally caved to peer pressure (relentless nagging by the gf) and commited to shedding 40 pounds of hard earned molson muscle and hit a target of my grade nine weight of 180 (i dont htink i have been below 210 since i was in grade 10... and im almost 26 so it has been a while)
I guess its probably a good thing. Im meeting with a personal fitness instructor at goodlife tonight to work out a routine to achieve my goal. I am really worried they are going to tell me i have to quit drinking, I dont know if i could handle that kind of news.

Hit the weights hard and throw in Cardio at the END if u still have any energy. BTW, do not stop eating. You need to eat for the weight to come off! |

My biggest problem with the fat burners is that they are more expensive than my amphetamine prescription and nowhere near as effective. |
