Chelsea PWNZ Barca!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Seriously. Carvalho should've been sent off earlier in the game for that kick between Deco's legs!

This is why I love Michael Essien, He's an amazing player that never gives up and it doesn't matter what the result is. He takes that ball, avoids that brutal attempt to injure him from what I think was Edmilson and drives up the ball on the left side of pitch, crosses the ball exactly on John Terry who heads it to Didier Drogba, who goes by Marquez because Marquez didn't want to make a penalty in the end of this game, takes the ball with himself and shots it to the nearest post, what a goal from Chelsea in the end of this game!

This was a great game as usual, and I can understand Rijkaard's frustration, first Carvalho's kick on Deco between his legs and wants to kill him, and then Chelsea equalize in the 93rd minute of the game.

Nice to see that Puyol wanted to calm down Rijkaard because he was bloody pissed off. Always something to talk about when these two giants play each other.

I certainly hope Werder can knock out Barcelona at Camp Nou!

I'm really disappointed with what Ricardo Carvalho did to Deco, I really didn't think he was the kind of player to have that sort of attitudes.

Two absolutely astonishing goals by Lampard and Drogba tho, brilliant!

Not a great advert for football tonights game, some flashes of what both teams were capable of, but a game saturated with fouls, dives and moaning face ****s like drogba ruined it for me.

i hope neither of these two teams win this competition..

I'd take either of those over a defence minded italian team. Plus we've all seen what guys like materazzi, totti, de rossi, gattuso etc are capable of. It's no different

what the fuck has this got to do with italian teams, we're talking about the chelsea/barca game.

the fact that you were quick to criticise the behaviour of the 2 teams tonight, but will defend the italians to the hilt just because of your nationality/heritage. It's one thing to be loyal, another to be blinded by it. Tonight had bad challenges, every game has some at some point, but drogba actually did nothing wrong tonight.

The game tonight decended into farce at points, if an italian side had been involved my opinion would have been the same. drogba was guilty of three laughable dives, a player of his talent doesn't need to do it.

My point is simple, for all the talent these two teams have it's a shame they have to resort to these tactics to try and win matches. but then with mourinhio in charge of one side and right gaurd in charge of the other it's to be expected as both have a history of cheating in the game.

Both Drogba and Deco foremost deserve a punch in the balls.

Really, it's a shame b/c without the diving and faking antics, it would have been a good game with good skill display by two quality teams.
All the goals are good goals, esp. Lampard's cheeky shot.

I say retro video screening and a game ban for players judged to be faking and diving

lol pwned.

awesome game, and the fireworks afterwards on msn as lance and taha went at it was classic. It was like Frank vs the Ref all over again.

the game was dirty, yet still had its flashes of great plays, like how Messi schooled i think Essien late in the game.So glad Barca is almost out of this, I never hated that team as much as I do this year. They fuckn suck.I hope Chelsea lays down against Bremen
