Damn, never heard RZA, but that's dope; love his work.
That's not a good example. I forgot he's kind of yelling on that track.
imo he's one of the worst rappers in Wu Tang, but he can definitely produce great tracks.
Yea, I was just about to say that I love him much more as a producer.
I used to listen to Triumph on repeat and always laughed at how bad his verse is.
That's what I love about them, though, they all contribute and compliment each other in one way or another.
I'm a big fan GZA, lyrically. Method Man, too.
Ah, those were the days.
I always thought Raekwon and ghost face were the best lyricists.
I want to battle orangesto :P

hha i dont tell people this but I used to break in highschool. I used to go to a lot of competitions around toronto
My "rap days" started in Toronto. Then I moved down here and I never gained any momentum or support. Not going to a real studio or having a real engineer was my downfall.
I think that's where I fucked up. Up there people thought I was dope cause I'm more of a lyrical dude, down here they were like why are so mad and what the fuck are you talking about lol
Fucking southerners.
And man, I've always had respect for people who can break. So dope.
This one little asian dude in my high school in Toronto....
This quiet dude that no one gave a fuck about. Then we had a talent show and he blew the roof off. He was that good. People were just so shocked cause when he walked on stage no one knew what he was going to do, like what the fuck is he up there for. Then the music came on and he just went off.
Haha ya i feel like Toronto steals its style from New York....or used to back in the day with the choclairs, red one's and kardinal's. However nowadays I think Toronto has a bit of its own style with the drake's, weekend's and shad.
Southern Hip hop, is very basic and not very wordy.
