Ugh, one of my coworkers asked if I wanted to buy a raffle ticket for her buck and doe. For those of you who don't know what this is, it's when a couple who are planning a wedding have a party before the wedding which is essentially a fundraiser for the wedding. You have buy tickets to go, and buy raffle tickets, and pay to play games and other shit while you're there.
I do not agree with this shit at all. I think it is beyond tacky and such bad manners. I don't even remember when this became a thing, but a lot of people do it.
Wtf if you can't afford your wedding wait a fucking year or don't have one you can't afford.
Anyway, my coworker asked me if I wanted to buy a ticket last night and to be polite I said "Sorry no money on me." But what I wanted to say was how fucking rude I thought it was to ask me that at all. Ugh!
You should go, but come wedding time instead of a wedding "gift" get a huge ass box and make it look like an awesome new appliance is in there when in reality all that's in there is a piece of used toilet paper with "cool buck and doe, bro" written on it.
I don't think I'm qualified to step into discussions about weddings. I may have started with the wrong foot

So I was Googling Ming Tsai cause his cooking show was on and I couldn't remember how I knew him. A pic of him and his wife showed up and she is one ugly as fuck plain white woman, and I realized that Asian people, when they partner up with white people, always partner up with really ugly ones. Wtf.
I'm pretty good at certain things

Rude Jude was talking about the same phenomenon with white dudes and black chicks on Shade 45, how white men date nasty black chicks thinking they're fine specimens, but black men are all "Ew dog she nasty."
if she aint white she aint right
Ming tsai got fat. So maybe things evened out. But yeah I realize we value people based on looks.
Started learning German this week. Omg the verbs look super easy compared to Romance languages. But learning an inflected language should be interesting.
Edit: this word order is going to be fun.
code:
Ich werde das Buch bald lesen. I will the book soon read. Ich trinke, weil du mich verlassen hast. I’m drinking, because you me left have.
I once forgot my room number at a German hotel. I asked the front desk if he could tell me but the idiot kept telling me nine for some reason despite the fact I know it wasn't correct.

It's the god damn conjugation that trips me up =/
Currently learning Danish right now, also a fun one
I've been debating when to leave Mexico and continue on with my initial plan of visiting Canada again before heading east through Europe and Asia. Stereo just announced Ben Klock b2b Marcel Dettmann in the beginning of July. I shall be there! I would also love to check out a few of those Sunday Picniks, as well. I bet that city is super fun in the summer.
