Cool! I dunno why, but I didn't take you for a tattoo type.

I myself already have half my back covered in flowers (November flowers, some roses, and the official flower of my birth province)..however they were never finished and now I'm bored. So I'm either going to incorporate a phoenix, or just cover the whole thing up with traditional Japanese something something.

No I seen russels, I wanted to see PKC's tat but since he hasn't gotten it yet. The only thing I don't like about russel's is the fact it's light blue. Tats fade in time. I have an 11 year old tat that looks light compared to my new ones. So his might fade a lot in years to come.

haha, you’re not the only one that’s said that to me. thought about it for a while and finally found the motivation/design. my dad is gutted haha “I have been proud none of my children have tattoos”. unlucky dad!

I think she should stylize her old avatar but have imperial japanese army soldiers prodding them with bayonets and thick salty tears running from the womens cheeks.

That is what I think.

Ahahahaha!

Posted by Joss Weatherby on Jun-12-2013 02:36:

Do it.

So back to writing programming languages. Trying to get the grammar down for an existing language, and I think the way they wrote their parser is that all the engine specific functions are hardcoded into the grammar itself.

Fuck that.

I will destroy ambiguous function calls one way or the other!

Posted by OrangestO on Jun-12-2013 05:27:

Fuck.

All my life people have looked at me and said, "Hey, why are you so mad, smile!"

I used to respond most of the time, "I'm not mad, this is just how I look."

I have this frown and/or intimidating facial feature...

Well, tonight, for the first time, I realized how to fake smile in a picture but still make it look like it's real and great at the same time. I just raised my eyebrows and all of the pictures are coming out so natural and great with me actually smiling.

Smiling. Fuck.

I never do that in pictures. And if I do, it's forced and never with my teeth shining.

I think I've just unlocked a secret. Something that I can use moving forward in social gatherings.

Cause, you know, everyone loves a smiling mofo who looks happy as-all-can-be and positive.

Actually, I'm so sanguine and upbeat I'm sure it's annoying to watch, so I guess you're mistaken

But, yeah, my wife also looks angry when she's serious. This tends to be common among Asians, for some reason...

It sucks.

Especially when the language is filled horrid ambiguous situations.

This is allowed in the language:

command;
command argument;
argument command argument;
command command argument;
argument command command command argument;
and so on..

Now throw in some ( ) and everything is dandy, but the language allows you to not have to do that, which makes me think that in their grammar they have defined every command and what argument structure it takes...

That is a pain in the ass to maintain, since the language (the verbs if you will) can be changing, and I'd rather handle that someplace else than the definition of the grammar.

Nah nigga. I look serious and angry even when I'm happy.

That's the point.

Oh. That's what I probably look like now that Nou told me what he's really up to. Yeah, my wife is actually very expressive, it's just when she's serious that she looks angry

Now, how do you look angry when you're happy? My imagination is stuck.

Eh, what tattoos aren't though? Everyone and their dog has tats nowadays. I just want something cohesive that works with what I've already got - and I also want full coverage - traditional Japaense style will give me all of that. It will be beautiful work whether it's common or not...all that matters to me! I am puuuuumped!!

The main thing is that you like it. And that it means something to you.

Posted by Silky Johnson on Jun-12-2013 14:09:

Exactly. Then why bother saying something like "those are a dime a dozen"? If you're gonna troll someone you're going to have to try much harder than that.

Posted by Desiderata on Jun-12-2013 14:22:

I'm not trolling I just thing that kind of art if played out. It's in every tattoo mag on bodies everywhere. It's like a Tribal tattoo in my eyes. And exactly what will Japenese art mean to you personaly? I'm just trying to understand.

Posted by Silky Johnson on Jun-12-2013 14:26:

Oh I'm sorry, you must have misunderstood. I only posted to discuss my excitement about having my tattoo finished. I don't actually care whether you understand or approve of what I'm doing.

Posted by srussell0018 on Jun-12-2013 14:34:

I like a lot of traditional Japanese tattoos. The cool thing about them is most of the time there will be some kind of ancient story behind them. It's nothing like tribal tattoos imo. Plus they can be absolutely beautiful.

I agree, they can look awesome and gorgeous on females. And you don't need my validation. I just think that to many people have them and not knowing the story behind them.

Posted by Desiderata on Jun-12-2013 14:44:

Plus a lot of people have them, it's almost a fad. A fad that is only gainging in progress.

Posted by srussell0018 on Jun-12-2013 15:17:

Yeah but it doesn't need to mean anything to you anyways. It's basically art on your body. If you like how it looks, that's all that really matters.
