The funny thing about cricket here in Brazil is that the game is insanely popular - except we don't know it's an actual sport with professional players and the like. It's more of a street game here, and we call it betch (that's us trying to say "bat")

Say if a guy just got done smashing some chick and took a pic of her naked behind her back while she was getting dressed then sent the pic to a few of his buddies and somehow the pic got around and back to her. Could she get the law involved and press any kind of charges? And if so what kind and what could happen to the guy?

i think we need to see said picture first before we can form any legal opinions.

definitely not ethical and probably illegal because the girl was in a private area and did not consent.

i did some quick research and couldn't find california code which covers this, but then my research skills suck.

there are some other states that prohibit similar acts:

(a) A person is guilty of disseminating voyeuristic material when such person disseminates a photograph, film, videotape or other recorded image of another person without the consent of such other person and knowing that such photograph, film, videotape or image was taken, made or recorded in violation of section 53a-189a. (b) Disseminating voyeuristic material is a class D felony.

i'd be really surprised if california had no prohibition like these.



to answer your question though, she may be able to get the police involved. even if they can they may not bother. even if they do get involved a prosecutor might not want to do anything (investigate charge etc) finally the girl could probably sue him civilly. there are a lot of ifs. short answer, you're friend shouldn't sweat it too much.

It's gorgeous out and all I've done (aside from working nights) this weekend is study. I mean, I could study outside, but then I'd want to drink beer and yeah.

This is also the most effort I've put into studying anything aside from when I wrote the RN exam. Making notes and everything, which I don't usually do unless I need to make comparison charts and shit like that.

Think most of the kiwi's have departed to other places. If you ever end up there visiting, check out Rotorua for the volcano's, geysers and springs.

More importantly, will it run Star Citizen on Max or do you have to upgrafe again when that comes out. My usual tactic of not upgrading my computer at all for 7 years because "its just a shitty console port, its not going to be that demanding to run" will not work for a PC focused title :/
