Now we know where all our midlander's went
Jesus christ, why is it so hard to find fucking plain old deodorant and NOT anti-antiperspirant??? After looking at the shelf for a good 10 minutes I finally found 2 off brand deodorants, on the bottom shelf. Total bullshit!
I read this over at /r/news on saturday via CNN. It's quite disturbing, could barely fall asleep; Saturday's article was nauseating to say the least.
I would appreciate if Russie (whose brother is a lawyer) and/or others involved directly or indirectly with U.S Law could clear my doubts about this issue: This man was caught with child-pornography; substantial, indisputable, evidence of possession of illegal pornographic material; however, authorities collected snippets of eavesdropped chat-dialogue where this person described his 'plans' of caging the children; torturing; castrating; raping, and finally eating them. (in no particular order)
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-24135360
If you take away the child-pornography, could you take into custody someone who 'vacillated' a potential intent to commit a crime? Are chat conversations enough evidence to stand in court? I thought in order to prosecute anyone, you had to have 'indisputable evidence' that this person was indeed guilty of committing XYZ crime. It seems, however, without child-pornography, authorities would approach this individual as a 'potential criminal', in other words: a crime-prevention mechanism? If so, are there civil liberties violated by doing this? The plaintiff would accuse this man of potentially endangering a group of children, but is that really the case? Is chat-dialogue indisputable evidence of criminal activity? It seems like certain legal boundaries would be blurred; I, by no means, support this monster, he should be raped incessantly by gigantic black men until the day he dies, but I wonder (devil's advocate) if it would stand in court (without the child pornography).

I'm kind of shocked by it, really. Considering all the toxic chemicals and shit that are in antiperspirants, you'd think there would be many more options on the market. But it just goes to show what women especially have been brainwashed to think - that SWEATING IS WRONG AND DIRTY AND NO ONE MUST EVER KNOW ABOUT ITTTT!!
There were literally TWO brands of plain ass deodorant on the shelf in the women's section! There were at least 5 in the men's.
I decided to make the switch after getting a few painful lumps in my armpits, that went away when I stopped using antiperspirant. Kind of frightening! I mean, I don't even sweat that much anyway..and it doesn't really have a "bad" smell. Probably should have made the switch a long time ago...antiperspirant just seems like overkill.
Anyway - I grabbed this shit:

I must say I'm quite pleased! Great product - natural ingredients and I dig the whole detox complex thing. So far, so good!
Btw, is it weird that I kind of enjoy the musky smell of my armpits? Everyone likes their own brand, right?? I can't help it, I always go back for a second or third sniff!

Well yeah, so do mine after 3 or 4 days. But I mean like, after a regular day. Don't lie! You like the smell of your own armpits!!
Oh and another nobody cares issue I have...I got my hair cut yesterday and for the first time in 8 years, my friend really fucked up. I don't know what the fuck she was thinking, but she left a huge blunt chunk of hair in the back of my hair/in the layers. It looks so blatantly terrible!! I was almost in tears I was so upset when I got home and looked at it.
I am going back today to have it fixed.

I switched to the Body Shop deodorant roll on last year and it's amazing. I could sweat all day and I still don't smell. I actually still can't believe how good it is!
All the other deodorants over the years have always made me stink. Used to get quite uncomfortable when wearing a shirt and tie by the end of the day.
Shows you just how important a good deodorant is really.

Originally posted by Silky Johnson I never usually have to check it. She isn't an amateur by any means. She's very well respected in the industry, wins all kinds of awards, is an educator for high end companies and travels/teaches all across North America, etc. Like I said, 8 years without incident. Clearly she had a bad day. Even she was like "wtf" when I had it fixed today. |
Nah, I've worked with her for this long and hair modeled for her for years. I know her standards and what her results are like. Maybe if it was somebody I didn't already know very well and have a relationship with...but I trust her.
Have I ever told you guys I used to hair model?
right. everybody knows your forehead ends at the top of your head.

My hairdresser is awesome.

Originally posted by Trance-MB I trust my hairdresser too, but my thought was that showing the result using a mirror is part of his job as the scissors are. It would be different if you once would have told her she could skip the mirror part. I think the mirror part was drilled during my hairdressers education, which was in Brussels very very long ago. Maybe your hairdresser is too convinced of her skills forgetting that you are the customer. I asked my wife if her's did show the result using a mirror. She does quickly and sometimes my wife after that asks to change it a bit if her hair is still to long or something. |
Also, you're 39??? Damn.
