I also thought of that.. But I googled, and I think he means that natural disasters can have an effect on infectious diseases if people need to leave their homes and stay in close contact in shelters and such, basically helping the disease spread quicker into a bigger population. Don't know if that's what he meant though?

Yeah. I usually change her diaper just before I feed her in the middle of the night, but with her developing awareness it's taking her a lot longer to fall asleep after, so I stopped doing it unless she shits.
