a friend of mine had it off a sampler cd in november, and i dunno if its the mix released yesterday or the mix released in november

Yes i liked them both as well,
They did a good job on the CLASSIC Binary Finary, Even though its not a patch on the Original or Gouryella Remix. I think they could have done that little bit better. Score 4/5

I think Binary Refined is nothing special. The original mixes of 1998 will never be improved on. This remix takes alot of elements from Dumonde's 2000 remix. I dont think it does the track justice.

Yep, Binary Refined isn't nearly as good version from the classic as the previous mixes have been, doesn't add anything really new to the tune. I got Binary Refined on white label 12" in October last year and i doubt i'll buy the official thing, it's not that good for me. It sure is worth spinning anyway.

But i've heard a rumour about N&F doing/have already done a chillout version of Binary Refined. That should be good if the rumour is true..
