spring colds

am i the only one...or do these colds suck...every spring i get one and it shuts me down for days

i usually just get allergies in the spring but this year i keep getting sick from this crazy weather.

i usually get colds and feel sick in summer

it sucks cos its the best time of the year

I can't even remember the last time I got sick? I never get sick or ever get an allergy.

i thought we were suppose to spring forward not fall into winter

I feel like utter shiite right now, and my throat is sore, i can hardly talk. and, guess what i get to do? go give a presentation about my website to about 15 people around the country who have been using it and hearing from the 100 or so people under each of them.

*sniff* *cough*

so, it's gonna be a massive bitch session, and i'm sick as a dog! course, these people travelled a long way for this, so i can't just skip it either.

gargle warm salt water 3 times a day and take your vitamin c. and a nap.

Just be thankful you're not here in Toronto, where anyone who has a cold is suspected of having SARS.

i just had some neo citran with organic honey, and a warm bath. and i have been taking echnicea 3 times a day since i started feeling it too.

i also use a mouthwash that is good for sore throats. maybe i will try the salt water deal too, thanks. and vitamin C is a given, i love that stuff.

Dude you are not kidding about this damn spring cold/mega allergies. I have had mi9ne for about 2 wks now.. for some reason i get better and then BAM feel like shit again?!?!?! i dunno whats up .. doc says its "allergies" but damn with taking 180 mg of phsuedaphedrine you would think that would do the trick for allergies. I hope we all get better

some kid said he had sars in schoola dn my techer looked at me and my eyes were huge and she almsot died laughin at how scared i was

you need an antihistamine for allergies. a decongestant isn't enough.

i have been getting bloddy noses too.

my nose only gets bloody when i pick it. which is often.

i have been quite sniffly myself these days

ME TOO!! i had a cold at christmas break, got over that then got some intestinal bug that beat me right down, started feeling better, went to florida for spring break and came back and got hit with another cold/sinus infection/ear infection.

i want summer sooooo bad

i don't get sick all friggin winter
then i get sick in the second week of fucking april...what the hell is that?!
and on top of it i have 3 gigs this week so i won't be getting better until after the weekend

and i have to read a 700page book by monday...i haven't even bought it yet

The reason (or so my Bio teacher says) Is that germs like warm moist climates to spread, Unlike winter where harder to transfer, Anyways if u have air-con then it is teh same air getting recycled with all germs and shit why i usually have a cold. Behold the wisdom of a 14 y\o

we just had an ice storm on the weekend and another 10cm 2 days later...finally today is it above 0C

Hmmm, dunno, Well i could ask him but meh CBF, so i'm just gonna say more likely to get it in spring & summer rather then Autumm & Winter
