Minimal Stay

Minimal stay is 4 nights - based on the first 2 person occupancy - $800.00 per night.
Reservation Confirmation / Security Deposit: $1,000.00 for time slot selected.
Each additional guest (up to 4 guests) with a maximum of 6 persons occupancy pays $250.00 per person (with the exception of the major holidays) for the duration (regardless of age).

But how could they know how many ppl you have there? Could there be like 50 ppl perhaps or 25 maybe.
