I can only think of two - the build-ups in The Green Martian - Industry and System F - Dance Valley Theme 2001 are ABSOLUTELY MENTAL when played at a very loud volume!

On a slightly sad note, I was listening to Ruff Driverz Pres. Arrola - Dreaming (Percussion Mix) a little while ago and the build-up in that is *ahem* mad to say the least.

All the way The beat at the very end of the buildup gets relatively quiet and sort of leaves you hanging for one small moment...and then...it hits you hard
