CD layout / inserts
Sorry, this is not directly related to DJ'ing, but I make mixed CD's and I want to learn how to print professional-looking inserts.
First off, I have Photoshop @ Uni (NOT at home); the standard size is 342x340 pixels, correct? I'll try using Photoshop and I'll save the resulting images.
Then how do I print them from home, since the insert is double-paged? Is there a simple program for formatting and placing the front insert and the back insert?
thanks
i beleive Nero has a little software to help you with that, i also think that there are programs that do this for you, but i am not sure.
Easy Cd Creator 5
Nero 5.5 has a good proggie to do that too...
"Nero Cover Designer" (how original
)
if you're using Photoshop be careful of the pixels/inch setting - if that's wrong your cover will come out at a size you don't expect
I use Photoshop & Neato software to make my labels
my newest Mix CD is at the top (available on my site)
The neato starter kit came with everything (including those inserts) but i dont really use em...i just use the cd labels and the stickers for the cases
does ne 1 know ne good software for creating the labels?
