calling all canadians i need help

i need help finding info on where to start looking to get business permits and such to start a business in canada.Im a u.s. citizen but i want to move to canada to start a cannabis cultivation company.I have no clue where to start looking or who to call so if anyone here can help me i would thank you.I also need the full 411 on how the law works there with cannabis,is it just like holland or is it more strict.Maybe swamper knows so stuff or where i need to start looking, help anyone

Goes like this....weed is still illegal in Canada. If the laws change like they say they will...a little bit of dope is ok. Growing it will still and probably will always be ILLEGAL!. Canada has serious penalties for growing weed and I would not want to get into that. It is known that the Cdn Gov't grows weed for ppl who have medical permission (normally ppl with terminal diseases). Guess where it is grown?

oh you think the cdn gov't has not thought about taxing it. Rofl...we tax cigs and alcohol like hell in Canada. If weed is ever legal, the gov't will find some way to tax it. It's much easier to set up a weed shop in amsterdam then Canada. You have the right idea tho because it is cheaper to set up business in Canada from the United States cuz of the low cdn dollar.

seeds aren`t illigal in canada. you might gets stoped in canada for possession of small amounts of marijuana, but the case will just get trown out in court, so most cops don't bother. Only the goverment is alowed to grow it for medicinal purposes. It is still a crime to sell marijuana or grow it. You can sell seeds all you want you just can't plant them :P

obtain a house, preferably in a well-to do neighbourhood, and use it just for the purpose of growing pot.

There's hundreds of them out there in the greater Vancouver area, but only a handful ever get caught.

that's a bad idea. What the RCMP do against this is simple. they look for an unusual amount of power being used, hense most likely hydroponics equipment. These kinds of places get busted more often then you think. Works better out on some farm where using this amount of energie is not uncommon for farming equipment. in the city your a bust.
