I just listened to Tiesto's Energy 2000 set....the fukkin MC interrupted EVERY tune...how annoying...i think the crowd would give a better response if the DJ himself talked to the crowd...as soon as i'm starting to get into a tune, the asshole MC starts screaming out some shit in his broken english.....aaarrggghhhh.....
reminds me once when i was at a club, trance was playing, and this dood, who was hanging out with the DJ, was constantly yelling out shit as the music played......pisses me off...

Most mixers allow the DJ to mute the mic, y'know ... so whenever an MC is going off, the DJ has the option to cut him off ... I really don't get it why most people don't do it (unless of course the mic is mixed in after the signal leaves the mixer).

In the U.S and i'm sure all over the world there is such a thing called radio ettiquete. The Mc is not supposed to take during the song...only on breaks or in between tracks. The fucking MC's down here always talk during the build up or right as the track is about to fucking erupt they'll play one of those pre-recorded ads. They also love to call their girlfriends or there grandmothers or whoever to talk about sex or fucking foot fungus...bastards should be shot.

I always hated tracks with MC's. They ruin every little good thing in the song. Well, the're are exceptions (I'm thinkin' of Dougherty and BT), but when they just start barking on the stage...it's not gonna get out something good!

Speaking of idiot MC's, how about the idiot in Tiesto @ Dutch Dimension or the lady @ Qontact. Only decent mc, i've heard was the guy with Sander Kleinenberg @ Impulz 2001. I think with Tiesto, you don't need an MC. Just my opinion
Hey if you people want to hear bad you should have been at a party here when Binary Finary was playing. Their tour manager was wasted, got up on the stage, grabbed a mic and started yelling crap like "put your hands together for ... BINAAAARY FINAAAARY" on EVERY SINGLE DAMN BREAKDOWN ... nobody managed to get him off the stage or shut him up. He singlehandedly managed to completely ruin their set .... UGH.
