How often do you masturbate? I heard masturbation does nothing bad physically but it can create stress if you feel guilty afterwards...?

wrong. Masturbation relieves stress rather than create it - unless u get caught of course. Since it relieves sexual tension it is not a bad thing. Additionally -for guys- it promotes sperm production if u do it while not having sex, and this is good because old sperm is more likely to be defective.
