what is happening with this tune

i loved it, dunno why but i keep the rip from the global dj broadcast from nov.25,2002 which i still think is the best gabriel and dresden global dj broadcast ever.

hopefully dave will be able to field this question
nice vocals...mind blowing beat..i love it

is it ever gonna get released?
