Garter Purse Wallet Thing

I know I have seen these around and so has my girl, but now when we need one we can't find it.

She is looking for a garter for her leg but it has a pouch to hold a credit card, license etc. and lipstick or something else. Its for girls to wear out to clubs etc. w/o needing pockets. Any ladies know where she can get one of them?
