All sound waves echo including the quack of a duck. If you are certain distances away you might not be able to hear the echo due to the interference qualities of sound waves but the echo is still there.

one of my friends can touch the insides of her elbows together... freaky stuff, they bend backwards a little. i should ask her if she can lick them... you know, a person with a really huge tongue might be able to do that...
as for elbow licking, there was a video of a guy licking his elbow floating on the forums... creepy too

And about the president thing, you could add that there has never been any DARK skinned presidents in the US...i think.

I've talked to many people and they all said that they can't lick their elbows .
It's in possible that 1 in 2 billion people lives to be over 116. There are more than 3 people in the world over 116.
