Subletting - U of T area?

One of my best friends is making the move to the city and she is looking for a place around the U of T area so if any of you know of anyone sub-letting their room for the summer could you please post contact info here.

2 things:

- boo! I would take this if it wasn't females only. Too bad, becuase I've got a great 32" tv, dvd, stereo, 2 technics 1200s and a vestax 175.

- I hope you get a cleaning lady... 4 people - 1 apartment..... Shared living/kitchen... If it was anything like my roomates in university the place could get pretty mess (which is why i moved out after 4 months, those damn pigs! lol)

That could possibly be the reason he says females only... guys tend to be worse pigs. (Though this did not hold true for the girls that lived in my apartment before me... yecch.)

man not true .. my ex-gf's former roomates lived like slum ! eww.. honestly i didn't know chix could live that dirty..

Da like I said... the girls that lived here before us messed up this place beyond repair. They were pot smokers and dealers and they also had a dog, and I don't think they ever got anything cleaned or repaired... and also they didn't move out on time.

But speaking generally, I think guys are worse.

Thats not true at all. I live with 4 other guys and I've been there for over a year and we're fairly clean (only except during exams)

One of my roomates has been there for over 4 years now and he used to live with 4 girls and he said the house was a pig's pen

Naw they are ok over here .... I've seen so many of my friend's room mates that are females, do nothing around the house. Their dishes haven't been washed for weeks.
