Urban Train (Vocal Mix)

What's the deal with this, I have a 5 minute version I don't know if it's a rip. Was this ever released??

Yes, the thing is that

Urban Train (9:20 or so) = Vocal version
Suburban Train (10:25) = Instrumental version

the vocal mix of Urban Train is just awful, sounds very homemade, but the vocals are actually by Kirsty Hawkshaw ("A Fine Day")
