Does anyone know the name of this track or who it's by?

It's a universal sound, that'll always be around"
It's a gurl singing it, and it repeats that a few times. Then there's just music. Sorry I can't explain it well.
I'm sure a lot of people have heard it - I hear it everywhere, but I don't know what it is.
