Oh My Fcuking God!!!!!!!!!

just found my cars been broken into. i spent most of the easter holidays buyin new stuff for the ICE (in car entertainment). heres whats been taken

1 x Sony CD-850 head unit worth �270
1 x 1000w Jackson amp worth �130
1 x 300w Boschmann amp worth �50
1 x 15" 500w US Sound Blaster sub worth �80
1 x 12" 400w US Sound Blaster sub worth �70
2 x Kenwood 6x9s 200w worth �40
2 x JBL 6x9s 300w worth �60

words cannot describe how i am feeling right now. absolutly devestated.

the car and all its contents was my pride and joy. will probably sell the car now and wait till i finish uni when im gettin my Citroen Saxo VTS.

Ok firstly, damn u must be gutted mate. But 3 of my mates have had their systems nicked.

Im sorry, but students r easy targets, a car with little or no security and pretty easy to get into, the system is nearly always on full show and its very easy to shift.

So 2 lessons, one always take yr head unit around with u, at all times, and try and put the system out of view, behind panels etc.

I know people will a sound system worth more than the car. Madness.

But it is a pretty common problem, and until i have a car which is hard to break into i wont be purchashin an expensive system.

But unlucky mate, i hate people who steal things, u have worked hard to get all the stuff and they get in in a few seconds for nothing. Wankers!!!!!!

Sorry to hear that mate, my car was broken into 2 months ago, and i've only just got round to replacing the head unit. Were was the car when they broke into it? I mean, it takes time to take stuff from the boot of the car!

when i get my ICE stuff for the car in two weeks, the whole install will be One piece. The amps will be mounted to MDF which will be mounted to the one piece sub box with three subs in! Pictures up soon! But the purpose of the reinforced one piece box is to make it damn near impossible for pikeys to get there hands on it, as it would be pretty obvious with a coupld of blokes carrying an install down the Kingston high street.

Hope the insurance covers it, and u replace your stuff soon!

(my bro had his car broke into a bit ago wiv his lifetimes collection of cd singles n albums along wiv all his stereo equpiment..needless to say he was gutted - also my m8 charlie had his car smashed too - zillions of vinly were in his car which were a present for me they got took fukn gutted...little smak head fukers...anyway.....ur not alone )

soooooo gutted! i took the face of the head unit out but they still broke in!
the only thing that was on show was the 4 6x9s on the parcel shelf - they've been there over a year.
my ICE was worth as much as the car - �700.

the car was on university campus. there is CCTV but i think my car was just out of view.
the amps were securly fastened to the sub boxes. it was all set up properly. it was have taken them ages to get it all out - about 10 minutes i'd say.

it had been improved since you heard it!

feel like cryin.

but... we actually think we know the car that was involved. one my my m8s saw some1 carrying 2 subs that looked indenticle to mine! mine are quite difference to every1 elses cuz the boxes are painted silver and are custom maid.

will claim it off the insurance which will make my premimum go up, which is why i prob wont insure it again!!!

damn it stolen on campus! thats fuckin awful especially since its on uni ground. its notlike it was parked down a poorly lit alley near a housing estate

I will be adjusting my install now so it will be very hard for pikeys to get it my current plans already make it impossible to get it out without opening the boot! but more will be done

Not sure about that.I ve seen pikeys doing some very odd things down Kingston High St.

I know how u feel, i only had an MD head unit, front component sets, 6x9, 12" sub and 4 channel amp... came up to about 1600quid, i didnt insure nowt... but only managed to claim head unit back off standard insurance... better than nothing but nah... i aint doing nowt till i get SMART car
