Are u buying or selling? Buying i think because as far as i know, this tune has never seen a release as anything else than mp3 according to Chicane & Salt Tank.

Chicane released (with permission from Salt Tank of course) the mixes only as mp3s because Xtravaganza (Alex Gold) refused to release this as a single back in '97, dunno why though. The mixes are amazing!!
