who is Dj Ryan Matthew??

have any of you heard about this guy before. I have a set of this guy labeled :

DJ Ryan Matthew - Heavenly Beats (vol 4 - Live @ Karma 12-28-00)

I have searched long and hard to get more info about this dj and this set in particular since I have a copy and it is fcking amazing. He plays some awesome tracks that I have never heard of but they totally own. Anyone can shed more light on this guy or this set? any info will be appreciated...thanks
