Help!

ok. i'm writing a business plan for a restaurant in amsterdam and i need to know about how much a waiter and a cook should expect to make in amsterdam for a restaurant. please help. figures can be either per hour or per week. i really need this info, especially in like 2 -3 hours.

thanks for any help you guys can give.

p.s. i tried looking on the internet but couldn't find anything.

Hmmm wild guess, because you have hurry

A waiter, around 25 years, I guess between 25-35 euros per hour in a good restaurant. More in a top restaurant
A cook is difficult to say, becasue I don't know how good this cook is, but with a nice restaurant I guess between 35-65 euros.

we have a collective labour agreement for the restaurant business and I'm pretty sure these wages are slightly too high..lemme find out more (perhaps a CLA site in english )

we have a thing called "functiegroep" in Holland. The group you are in is determined by the amount of time you have served your boss.
For employees of 22 yrs and older this is their minimum hourly wage:

Functiegroep 1: 8,13
Functiegroep 2: 8,42
Functiegroep 3: 8,73
Functiegroep 4: 9,04
Functiegroep 5: 9,88
Functiegroep 6: 11,01
Functiegroep 7: 12,18
Functiegroep 8: 13,33
Functiegroep 9: 14,54
Functiegroep 10: 17,27
