CD-R How Long is it?
Does anybody know how long this Memorex CD-R is in minutes 700MB 48X.
OMG

No sex threads on here mate!
The length of a 700MB CD-R is about 80 min, varies a few seconds here and there depending on the brand of the CD-R.
Btw, this thread should have gone to the Chill Out Room or Frequently Asked Questions / Tutorials / How do I?.
this thread shouldn't been even created lol
cd's always have marked MB and AUDIO length..if not, he could had used a burning software to check cd properties..
well wrong section too!
yes wrong section, but CD's for software only (not audio) are not marked in minutes. I have a spindle of blank CD's for data with no minutes marked on them, and if you burn CD's for audio they will not player in the CD player.

remote linking is forbidden i guess.
Actually, CompUSA has CD-R as long as 99 minutes ...
so you can fit 850 MB on there, I recall.
I did burn movies on several that played fine in
my CDROM ...
They were all burned on my 24x burner from Yamaha
with CDRWIN ...running the Padus engine.
