Snap - Rhythm is a Dancer (Dj Tiesto Remix)

Ok, I've just had the "pleasure" of hearing what seems to be Dj Tiesto's Magik Music remix of SNAP - RHYTHM IS A DANCER... any of you guys heard it yet, or am I just too far ahead/behind?

Anyway, all I gotta say is... well, if this is the stuff that he's gonna be coming up in the future, I am definitely giving up on this guy. I mean, whoever mentioned it in one of the previous threads, it semms like Tiesto is talking about one thing (trying to go ahead with the times and come up with progressive trance tunes) while he's progressively going back to cheese...

Just my 2 cents for today... which might be worth even more tomorrow.

havent heard it yet, used to love the original. but remember that mr tiesto has always produced some shit. live and most cd's are great and I do like lots of his own tracks.........but others...yuck

i see what you are saying...but i don't think it's fair to asses a direction that a dj is going based solely on one track...i mean, sometimes tracks like this are dropped/remixed for nostalgia/fun value. max graham dropped 'i got the power,' scaife has mixed in parts of the 'rythym is a dancer' and there are more examples that aren't coming to mind right now....i am inclined to think it's fun...hahaha..and i like rythym is a dancer (it IS your soul's companion!)

Tiesto will always be Tiesto, we just gotta love him in a different way. I have a friend who's a produce, sometime we would be walking down the street and hear this car blasting gino beats and he would be like "lets remix that track"

it's all done for fun... i mean if u produce, u'll understand the challanges and defenitly know the satisfaction it comes after ur hard work paid off and everything sounds good out of ur speakers.

Let Tiesto have his fun, i think he deserves it and as far as cheese goes, cheese is only what u consider it.

I'm not going to get on the bashing bandwagon, but I do want to add that several of the best tracks I've ever heard have come from amateur producers/DJ's. They should be getting a lot more respect!

Hey, the guy is just trying to make a living. If it means for him to start making a different style of remix that his usual by adding a few more digits to his already huge paycheque then by all means. Don't tell me NONE OF YOU would say "I am not going to make a cheesy radio track despite the fact it is not my style But If you are going to pay me 12 times more than I usually do then.. OKAY ". C'mon people. Money NEVER smells bad (Metaphorically speaking ). Tiesto has so many fans around the world that he can afford such a stunt like this (if this IS indeed his remix) so that he can afford to lose a few thousand fans and still have millions more around the world to support his payroll.

But first of all I want proof that this is really his remix. Like TranceArmada said it could be another.

that was a brilliant moment last canada day! my friend and I looked at each other, then around at everyone else, people laughed in return and continued dancing...If dropped at the right moment tracks like this are great fun rather than annoying...

too bad you had to leave early t, those last few hours were fun!
